Hosted / ASP Solution
Our hosted / ASP solution ensures minimum disruption to a small businesses existing email infrastructure and provides a highly effective, low-cost everyday email branding solution. The Rapid Responder’s default solution is on an hosted / ASP basis and allows for a quick and hassle-free set up.
Ease of implementation
Implementation is straight-forward. Once you have signed-off you banner designs, set-up can take as little as a few minutes dependent on the solution that best meets your needs.
For set-up that involves server configuration we have detailed set-up instructions, can liaise directly with your hosting provider and ensure that set-up and implementation is quick and easy.
Set-up
When using The Rapid Responder’s hosted / ASP solution, clients are set-up using one of the following processes:
- POP3 / IMAP – smtp re-direct
- MS Exchange ‘03 – smtp re-direct or Outlook plug-in
- MS Exchange ‘07 – Outlook plug-in
- Webmail – IE plug-in or Firefox plug-in
Each of these set-up methods has been rigorously tested and is being used effectively by clients on a worldwide basis.
